Website Form Redesigned for Usability

Recently I was tasked with taking on a total website redesign, including all kinds of different data types, from simple regulatory blogs to a multi-lingual e-commerce store with several thousand products. One small part of this project is remaking all of the forms, and if you know me, you know I love forms! There is something so satisfying about designing a good solid form that is useable and collects good information.

Below you can see a before and after of the most recent form I developed. The first image is from our current website where the design is clearly out dated, and if you had to use it you would most likely get frustrated and leave. The second image is the redesigned form on the new site, among other changes you can see with simpler and improved navigation the form has been redesigned shortened vertically so it appears to be less cumbersome and more approachable.
